Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Developing and owning long-term visions, product roadmaps, competitive analysis, market and domain research, and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to drive substantial business impact and enhance customer satisfaction within the seller experience and finance domains.
- Scope and define the requirements for each roadmap item to ensure clarity and alignment with overall product objectives.
- Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Engineers, Designers, Analysts, Business, Operations, and Finance, to foster a cohesive work environment and ensure alignment on strategic goals.
- Collaborate within product teams to address common objectives and challenges, enhancing product synergy
- Define methodologies and workflows for product development and undertake product development along with the team.
- Define and track key product performance metrics post-launch. Analyze user data, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed decisions for continuous product improvement.
- Influencing key stakeholders across various departments to facilitate change management initiatives, driving product and technology adoption within the organization.
- Taking ownership of end-to-end key product metrics throughout the product life cycle, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
Qualification & Desired Skills
- Min 3 Years of experience in Product management and technology at a market leading company
- Engineering undergraduate plus MBA from a Tier I B-School is strongly preferred
- Having a healthcare background/ B2C E-commerce / Health Tech is a plus
- Having an Analytics / Product Marketing Background is preferred
- Diabetes-related experience a plus but not a strong criteria
- Startup experience preferred
- Constantly searches for opportunities to exceed customer expectations
- Has the capability to drive projects to fruition, no matter how dynamic the environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on customer research, data, and industry trends. Demonstrable creative critical thinking skills
