Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our team at Wadhwani Foundation to handle AI Initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI products and drive the development of innovative products that solve real-world problems in entrepreneurship. We have already launched Co-Pilots and tutors that are being used by students across India. The product manager will lead the initiatives to infuse AI into every part of Wadhwani Foundation programs and initiatives that impacts the customer.

As an AI Product Manager at Wadhwani Foundation, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, deployment, and optimization of our existing AI Products including co-pilots, evaluators, agents and coaches. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, to define the product vision, set the product roadmap, and ensure successful product launches. You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of AI models, identifying areas for improvement, and driving continuous innovation.

As an Individual Contributor in the Product Management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of [B2C/B2B] products from ideation to launch and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and delivery.

With 2-6 years of experience in product management, you will bring your passion for technology and user-centric mindset to drive the success of our products in the market.

Responsibilities:

User Experience and Customer Insights:

  • understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors through user research and data analysis.
  • the user experience, advocating for customer-centric design and usability throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive successful product outcomes.
  • product metrics and updates to stakeholders, including senior management, in a clear and concise manner.

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

  • an AI product Roadmap and monitor the performance of AI models, identifying areas for improvement, and driving continuous innovation.
  • with internal and external stakeholders to define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify product opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • features and enhancements based on customer needs and other objectives.
  • detailed product specifications and collaborate with engineering and design to ensure smooth Product Development and Launch:
  • the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of product features and updates.
  • closely with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and user-friendly designs.

Product Performance and Iteration:
